The success of the new team of Mannichester FC got noticed in the soccer scene in Mexico City. The competitive team of players from Mexico, Kenya, France, India, Germany, Brazil, England and Venezuela remain unbeaten to the date. Therefore, Mannichester FC got challenged by a French selection, let by Pablo Moctezuma and Matthieu. There is no doubt that the French selection will come up with a supreme team, having chosen the 13 best players of the 20.000 French people that live in Mexico City.

High speed soccer at Benito Juarez Stadium

Several changes were made on both sides compared to the first game between both teams one week ago. Wen, Hazael, Ruben, Jon and Edward replaced Hector, Arturo, Danny, Greg and Raymond for Mannichester. The French connection Nico, Matthieu, Seb and Pablo replaced Mauricio, Jorge, Manuel and Angel’s friend for Rest of the World. On paper, Rest of the World improved their squad tremendously. 1:1 2:2 3:3 – Third tie in the third game between Latinos & Rest of the World

What a great game the visitors at Benito Juarez Stadium saw this Saturday between Latinos and players from the rest of the world. 

In the third encounter between both teams it was clear that the teams wanted to show who the real and final winner is. The proud Latinos were not gonna give away the victory to the players from India, Germany, England, Japan, Portugal, USA, and France.

Japan challenges Team International

Another Challenge for Team International – Japanese team supported my Mexican-German strikers

This game was requested by Japanese striker and captain Fumi long back to play against team Rest of the World (ROW). His wish was fulfilled and match was set this past Saturday. The Japanese team was missing some key players owing to vacation time, so they were supported by other members who couldn’t sign up for ROW which was a good thing making us an inclusive community. The return game between team Latinos and team Rest of the World took place this past Saturday at Benito Juarez Stadium. After having drawn 1:1 the week before, the teams wanted to show who is the final winner between the culturally diverse teams. Even though both teams played with a slightly changed personnel, the teams remained in their playing system: 3-5-2 for the Mexicans, and 4-4-2 for ROW:

Another rivalry started

First game between Latinos and players from the Rest of the World

Here we are back again with a very interesting clash, this time we played Latinos vs Rest of the World. The weekends are getting warmer each week and this adds to more charged people for the games.

Team Latinos started the game in a  4-4-2 formation, with captain Wen starting alongside Hector. José de Venezuela, Andre de Brazil y Hector de El Salvador were the three only non-mexican players for the Latinos. Team Rest of the World (ROW), with four players from the US!!!, and other players from Japan, France, Germany, India, Portugal and India, was back with their favorite 4-4-2 formation, with captain Manni lining up with Kim in defence. You usually don’t see defenders captaining the games but here at sport-12 you can be anything because here you are the star!!!

Internacionalitos finally break the record

Mexicanitos loose to Internacionalitos for the first time

So here we are with again an interesting encounter between Mexicans and internationals, the never ending rivalry. Team international always in the pressure to make up for lost games in 2018, and Mexicans always pushing up to keep their winning pride intact.

Last saturday was little bit warmer and an ideal condition to put in the best on the pitch. Both teams were punctual and met everybody with warm handshakes.

Mexicans keep being invincible – 4th victory in the 5th game for the Mexicans

It was another attempt of the international Team captained by Indian defender Manni to win against the Mexican team on last Saturday’s 11-a-side game. With 3 french players (Pablo, Selim and Gregory) and 3 US players (Ryan, Mark and newcomer Jose), the international team relied on their 4-4-2 system. Mexican All Stars victorious in Return Game

Finally, the great game took place between the international team of Jakeventus FC and the Mexican All Star team of Captain Hazael.

Since the first game between the high profile teams that took place on July 21stof this year, both team players were anxious to play the return game.

This past Saturday, November 10ththe players of Jakeventus and Mexican All Stars entered the glorious pitch at Benito Juarez Stadium. Jakeventus played in black and Mexican All Stars in white.

Return Game of Jakeventus vs Mexican All Stars

The time has come. On July 21st of this year a Mexican All Star team defeated Jakeventus 2:0 in a competitive 11 a side game. It was a painful loss that many players have not digested properly yet. Therefore, we are happy to announce that this Saturday will be the return game at Centro Deportivo Benito Juarez at 3pm. Both teams have been recruiting some new players that are likely to push the teams to a higher level.
